1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the stsolution.io website or any services provided by Smart Post LLC (operating as ST Solutions), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Smart Post LLC provides white-label GPS tracking platforms, website development, mobile app development, and related digital services. Service details, pricing, and scope are defined in individual service agreements between Smart Post LLC and the client.

3. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
  • Reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without written permission
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Smart Post LLC or its licensors. White-label clients receive a license to use the platform under their brand; ownership of the underlying software remains with Smart Post LLC.

5. Payment & Refunds

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. All fees are due as agreed. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the terms stated in your service contract. Smart Post LLC reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Smart Post LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 30 days.

7. Uptime & Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, Smart Post LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We will communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as per the terms of the individual contract. Smart Post LLC reserves the right to terminate access immediately in cases of breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
